Print - Print Formats

This panel groups the printing options for the Print Based on Print Formats command.

Print format selection	Allows the user to select default print formats. The list of print formats contains templates provided with Taxprep Forms as well as customized print formats.
	Name	Indicates the names of the available print formats. .
	Copies	Indicates the number of copies of client files that you want to print by default for each selected print format.
	PDF	Directs the printing of client files to a PDF file.
	Watermark	Prints the selected watermark by default on each printed page.

Other options	Change status after printing	Automatically assigns the client file status to the printed client files.
Other options	Show diagnostics before printing	Displays the diagnostics before printing the active client file (these diagnostics are not displayed when printing from the Client Manager).
